Lebenslauf
Lisa Handke ist Juniorprofessorin für Wirtschaftspsychologie im Themenfeld „Future of Work“ an der FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Im Vordergrund ihrer Forschung steht die Anpassung des Menschen an das virtuelle Arbeitsumfeld und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen. Dazu gehören Themen wie standortverteilte bzw. ortsunabhängige Teamarbeit, Online-Meetings und die Gestaltung mobiler bzw. hybrider Arbeit.
Von 2009 bis 2015 studierte sie Psychologie an der Freien Universität Berlin, der Université de Bordeaux in Frankreich und der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Im Jahr 2019 schloss sie ihre Promotion in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Technischen Universität Braunschweig ab. Als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin war sie an der Freien Universität Berlin (2020-2023) und der Technischen Universität Braunschweig (2015-2020) tätig und arbeitete als Gastwissenschaftlerin am Center for Transformative Work Design in Perth, Australien (2018) sowie als Postdoctoral Fellow an der University of Calgary in Kanada (2019-2020). Sie erhielt 2018 den universitätsweiten Lehrpreis der TU Braunschweig in der Kategorie „bestes Seminar/beste Übung“.
Ihre Dissertation wurde 2021 mit einem einen Preis der Fachgruppe Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Psychologie (DGPs) ausgezeichnet. Sie ist Editorial Board Member sowie Adhoc-Reviewerin für unterschiedliche nationale und internationale Fachzeitschriften und engagiert sich seit 2022 als gewählte Jungmitgliedervertreterin der Fachgruppe Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie für die Interessen von Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen und Nachwuchswissenschaftlern.
