Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt

Lebenslauf
Kai-Ingo Voigt studierte von 1981 bis 1986 Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Hamburg. Von 1986 bis zu seiner Promotion im Jahr 1991 war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universität Hamburg und von 1991 bis 1997 als wissenschaftlicher Assistent tätig, bis er sich 1997 habilitierte. Seit 1998 ist Prof. Voigt Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Industrielles Management an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg und war von 2003 bis 2005 Dekan der WiSo-Fakultät. Seit 2021 ist er Dekan für Weiterbildung und seit 2006 außerdem Zweitmitglied der Technischen Fakultät. Als Visiting Professor forscht er an der Tongji-Universität, Shanghai, China, der Universidad de Alcalá, Spanien, und am Babson College, USA. Ferner wurde er als erster internationaler Wissenschaftler zum Gastprofessor der University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) Beijing, China, ernannt.
Die Forschungsschwerpunkte von Prof. Voigt liegen in den Gebieten: Technologie-, Innovations- und Ideenmanagement (insbesondere Geschäftsmodellinnovationen), Kreativität in Unternehmen, Industrielle Wertschöpfung und Industrie 4.0 und 5.0 (Schwerpunkte: Automobilindustrie und Maschinen- und Anlagenbau), Beschaffungs- und Produktionsmanagement, industrielle bzw. B2B-Plattformen, datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle in der Industrie.
